Skulls and roses: you've got me drawing again
So its 1am or there a bouts and i have just finished this drawing of the skull and roses. It's the first time i have actually sat down and drawn something for the sake of drawing in about a year, maybe longer, but its defiant the first time in over 3 years since I have worked in charcoal. Over all I am happy with how this has termed out, but i'll see how i feel after i've had some shut eye.

Pink Hair
so iv dyed my hair pink, done the whole of it this time instead of just dip dying it. I used Crazy colours candy-floss and then a deeper pink on some random sections. (oh i also got my hair cut, but know not that short. just a full fringe and tiding up the ends, iv put the rest of it up in a messy knot bun- im kind of liking the long shaggyish bob though.)
so the first 2 pictures were taken the other day before i want out for the night. And the last was taken at about 3 in the next morning after being severely rained on and pander eyes.
over all i love the look. it has a kind of earthy boho grungie vibe to it. <3

Rose hip tattoo
About a month a go I went and got my hip tattooed.

I love it, 3 roses and a rose bud. It took 2 hours and is about the size of my hand. This was my first tattoo and it wasn't as bad as every one seemed to make out it was going to be. I'm contempt with just this one at the moment, though who knows what will happen in the future.
I think the worlds view on tattoos are changing, there defiantly becoming more acceptable. there about freedom and self expression. Yes in 50-60 years time nursing homes will be full of men and women covered in tattoos, but it showed that they lived their lives and have stories to tell, there ink wont be as crisp and detailed as it was when first done, but the technology and quality of the ink is always going to be improving so who knows what a tattoo done today will look like in 50 years time, and hay you could always get them touched up... and now I'm rambling so i better go.
hope you like my tat.
